"To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money."
- Sir M. Visvesvarayya
Inspired from the quote by the Father of Engineering – Sir M. Visvesvarayya, engineers are committed to modestly empower society with better technology for a sustainable world. It is well known that all the theories and formulae boil down to one of the most crucial things in engineering – Application. Ideas form the basis of an occasion which leads the engineering student to imagine, work and invent new technology – thus we name our Technical Fest as TECH–INVENT.
TECH–INVENT is an annual congregation of engineering, science and technology students, organizing events for the curious minds willing to contribute dynamically in the advancement of science and technology for the betterment of mankind. The environment is electric, the level of enthusiasm thunderous and the resulting ideas incredible!
The event organized and managed by students entails Theme-based Competitions inspired from social needs (like smart vehicle of tomorrow, agriculture supply chain management, rural drinking water scheme, green fridge and many more), precisely planned technical competitions, intellectual guest lectures, modern themed workshops and presence of prominent speakers making Tech-invent a hard to miss event. Tech-invent also sees itself as a socially responsible entity, encouraging and undertaking various humanitarian causes every year.
The Robots have just landed in the workplaces and they’re expanding skills,
moving up the corporate ladder, showing awesome productivity and retention rates, and increasingly shoving aside their human counterparts.
In lieu of that, we seek entries from prominent institutions to design and develop 3 different robots (2 wirelessly controlled and one fully automated) following three different courses and reach the end point to activate a wirelessly operated flying vehicle which passes through a ring.
The objective of this program is to communicate to the youth of the country the excitement of creative pursuit of science and attract talent to the study of science at an early age, thus building the required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the science and technology system and R&D base.
